About the Role

The Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting Triad. This is an entry-level operations position designed for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow.

You’ll serve as an operational backbone, making sure the right people, resources, and information are always in the right place at the right time. From scheduling and documentation to client onboarding and internal coordination, you’ll ensure our Operations run smoothly day to day while gaining exposure to consulting, delivery, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow & Scheduling

Maintain team calendars, meetings, and recurring touchpoints.
Track client deliverables, timelines, and checklists to ensure deadlines are met.
Anticipate and flag blockers early, escalating as needed.

Documentation & Communication

Capture and distribute notes from various client consulting sessions.
Keep playbooks, templates, and process documents up to date.
Draft internal updates or reports on project status for leadership.

Client & Team Support

Prepare agendas, slides, and follow-up items for client sessions.
Support onboarding of new clients with checklists and materials.
Serve as a quick-turnaround point of contact for logistics and clarifications.

Operational Support

Liaise with finance for invoices, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
Collect feedback and metrics from clients to support reporting.
Organize and maintain digital files and resources for easy access.
